Your account and records
We process the email address and name you provide to create your account, authenticate access, send requested service messages and maintain your workspace. Documents and records are accessible to members of the workspace according to their role.
Service providers
The service uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email and Stripe for subscriptions. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout; they are not stored in this application.
Cookies and communications
Session cookies keep you signed in. Preference cookies remember your language and selected workspace. Email digests are optional and can be disabled in settings.
Your controls
You can edit and delete records, export workspace data and manage invited members. Contact us to request account deletion or help with your data. Subscription cancellation is available in the billing portal.
Using the service
Keep your account credentials private and only upload information you have permission to use. Calculations depend on the data you enter. Estimates are not guarantees of savings or refunds. Product information should be checked with the original provider before purchase. Public submissions may be reviewed, corrected or removed.
